Don Julio's

In 1987, Julio moved from Mexico to California and started working at his uncle's restaurant in Orinda, California. After working at the restaurant for a few years, Julio and his brother, Gerardo, learned to cook the family recipes using only fresh, high quality ingredients. They eventually opened up Don Julio's Mexican Grill in Mansfield, Texas in 2004 and remained in Mansfield for 14 years. In 2018, Julio found a new location they could call their own and relocated Don Julio's Mexican Grill to Waxahachie, Texas.
